- Malicious reports containing false information, baseless defamation, or personal privacy violations will strictly be rejected.
- Please attach any evidence necessary to substantiate the facts.

- The identity of the reporter and the content of the report are strictly protected as confidential.
- Reporters will not face any disadvantage as a result of their report, and anonymity is guaranteed.
- In the case of anonymous reports, an investigation may not be initiated if the allegations are vague or lack a clear factual basis.
